Bee-bim Bop!
In honor of 6 months of waiting for our referral, Raleigh and I decided to cook a traditional Korean meal, bee-bim bop. Bop is the Korean word for rice, and bee-bim means mixed-up. So...bee-bim bop means mixed up rice.
Basically you start by cooking rice, vegetables, meat and eggs. You put the rice in your bowl first, then the vegetables and meat. Then you top off your bowl with egg. Finally, you "bee-bim" or mix everything together!! It was fun to make and delicious to eat!
