God Writes the Best Stories

I am here to tell you that if you are looking for hope this Christmas season, turn your eyes to the one who delights in making all things new!  God is still in the miracle business and he invites us to join him! The parts of our lives that seem the most broken and weak to the world, are just the things God can turn into our greatest platforms, for his glory!

Today Beau performed a Christmas program at school.  God continues to give Beau courage to do new things, things that once seemed impossible.

God truly writes the best stories!

The pre-k students were dismissed after the program, so we had about an hour and a half before it was time to pick up Palmer.  We let Beau choose a special lunch spot and he requested chicken fajitas! Love his heart and his love for mexican food! 

Thanks Nana for driving 8 hours for a ten minute Christmas program! What a precious memory! 

A Season of Hope

As Raleigh and I were getting ready for bed last night and discussing the events of the day,  Raleigh said, "the world needs a season of hope."  

If you are weary from the day or weary from a season of storms, I pray this Christmas season you will find Jesus with fresh eyes and a fresh heart.  

There is always hope.  

Jesus came to love you and he wants to be your friend.  

There is hope in the good news of Jesus!  

May December be full of reminders of God's lavish love for you!  

Tonight as we were driving home from some errands, the sky lit up with the most glorious shades of pink and orange.  God's hands are still at work creating masterpieces and YOU are one of those masterpieces.
