Christmas Cheer {Everyday Life}

Isn't it true that most of life is lived in the everyday...the little moments that happen between the big events.  Here are a few of the everyday moments that happened in December.

 Beau enjoyed checking out some of his new toys from Christmas in Tennessee.

 He also spent a lot of time singing! His FAVORITE song this holiday season has been Born in Bethlehem by Third Day.  He asks for it multiple times a day and calls the song "Baby Jesus."  We have the cd that plays in the car and we listen to it at home on spotify.

 The boys had lots of snuggle time!

 More singing!

 Nana spent December 5th, my parents' anniversary, here with us.  While it was a day full of tears missing my dad, we still managed to squeeze in some fun too.  We ordered Mexican food and ate in the den with the tv on.  I told my mom that it wasn't a very romantic way to celebrate her anniversary, but Beau sure enjoyed it.

 Palmer spent lots of time this month trying to unwrap the gifts.

 Of course not every moment is picture perfect.

 We made candy cane cookies!

 Beau spelled his name with the beautiful magnet letters his mimi made.

mmm...Target popcorn! It was actually a very creative wrapping idea! Mimi and Grandpa hid a Target gift card in the bag with the popcorn!

 Cozy time!

 Palmer spent a bit of time like this as we were out and about running errands around town.

 This was taken December 3, my dad's birthday.  We took a late night trip to Chick fil a for milkshakes in memory of my dad.

 The wonder of Christmas through the eyes of a baby!

 Reading with nana!

 Beau loves to hop in the crib with Palmer for a few minutes when we go get Palmer up from naps.

 Beau and Palmer had fun at speech!

 This was taken December 15 while waiting on a Christmas program to begin.
