He wasn't so sure about the haircut at first! We eventually gave him a popsicle as a distraction!

After spending all of Saturday and part of Sunday in Nashville, we headed to Cleveland, TN to visit my grandmother Diddie. We are so thankful that she was able to meet Beau. Her mind was very alert, although her body was very weak. She said that she would hold Beau once she got her strength back. My grandmother went home to the Lord 3 days later on Wednesday evening. Even though she didn't get hold Beau here on Earth, we know they will get to know each other one day in Heaven!
So sorry to hear about the temporary loss of your grandmother. I'm glad that she got to met Beau.
ReplyDeleteBridgette, I'm so sorry to hear about your grandmother, but I'm so thankful that she is with the Lord and you'll see her again! I'm sure her absence here will leave a hole in the lives of those who love her, but I hope your sweet memories of her will bring you peace.

ReplyDeleteBridgette, I am so sorry your grandma passed. I hope it was peaceful. I love that you said they will get to know each other in heaven one day. My grandpa (my dad's father) passed before I was born and I've dreamed of the day that I'll get to finally meet him. :) I'm so glad you were able to see her before she left this world.
