Tonight was our first night of Korean cooking for the week. We made vegetable
mandu, otherwise known as dumplings. We served it with Asian sticky rice and Publix sushi. It is a bit time intensive to prepare the filling, but we have a lot leftover that we will freeze and save for next time. In the end, it was worth the time and effort! We even found some Korean music on
Grooveshark to enjoy while we cooked.

(Please ignore my disheveled hair and lack of makeup. I've been working in my classroom all day trying to get it ready for the start of school.)
